Description: A cut-and-sew product starts as rolls of fabric, webbing, thread, zippers and hardware. The factory grades the pattern, lays the fabric, cuts the panels to the lay, sews them in a set order, then inspects and packs. The alternative, buying a finished blank and adding a print or an embroidered logo, is faster and has almost no minimum, but every panel, seam and pocket is someone else's design.
